PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate shortcomings such that since a dedicated bulk cooler is installed on a dairy farm, a dedicated land for the purpose is required, and in addition, since milk is a raw fresh food, (1) for the handling, devices for cooling, a temperature control, stirring, a foaming prevention or the like are required, and (2) a work to load the milk onto a heat insulating tank lorry or a heat insulating tank container from the dedicated bulk cooler (wherein a careful handling is required so that foreign objects may not be mixed in) is required, and in addition, the quality of the milk is deteriorated due to the increase of a temperature during the transport, and the passing of time for the transport from the diary farm to the consumption place. SOLUTION: On the internal side of a frame body having a hexahedron shape which is equipped with a corner fitting having holes for the suspension and the fixation at respective corners, a tank main body to transport a liquid is housed. The tank main body comprises an external plate and an internal plate. On the external surface of the internal plate, a passage through which a refrigerant circulates is formed. Then, a heat-insulating structure in which a heat insulating material is filled is constituted. In the frame body of the hexahedron shape, the piping for feeding the refrigerant to the passage, a pump, a heat exchanger, a capacitor, a compressor and an engine are housed for a cooling device. This tank container is equipped with such a cooling device.
