PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premium device for a pinball game machine which has a blocking member hard to be forcibly pulled down to an opening position from outside to effectively prevent unfair act, or the like. SOLUTION: In an auxiliary game started with a game ball getting in a starting premium winning port, the establishment of a special game generating condition (detection of a ball with a continuing switch) is substantially unnabled by making premium winning ball guiding means equipped on a variable premium device during (2) an initial open/ close condition, the premium winning ball guiding means is changed to a ball guiding condition after a prescribed time elapsed in (3) a special premium start accepting condition to allow a ball to pass to the continuing switch, and in case the continuing switch detects a special premium winning ball and the game gets into (4) a stand-by condition for special game, when a ball getting into the variable premium winning device during a prescribed time moves to (5) a special premium open/close condition, balls are counted with a reserve counting means, and the number is added to the judgement of 10 count in the special premium condition (the first cycle game) moved from (4) the stand-by condition for special game.
