PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system which dispersively places plural game direction areas and provides a game which a player can enjoy while obtaining hints. SOLUTION: This game system is placed in a play field 100 and includes plural game direction areas 210, 212,..., 238 dispersively placed in the play field 100 and constituting a game, and a portable terminal to give hints on the game to a player. The player seeks game direction areas and plays the game while obtaining the hints from the portable terminal.
