摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for laser marking with which a letter, a symbol, a figure, or the like having a curve is precisely marked. SOLUTION: The data of coordinates of correction points P12, P22, etc., distributed on a virtual curve L2 are given to a galvanoscanner 220 and the radiation point of a laser beam scanned by the galvanoscanner 220 starts with a conduction delay timeΔt after a stationary state and describes a track inwardly with respect to the virtual curve L2.
