<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for laser marking with which a letter, a symbol, a figure, or the like having a curve is precisely marked. SOLUTION: The data of coordinates of correction points P12, P22, etc., distributed on a virtual curve L2 are given to a galvanoscanner 220 and the radiation point of a laser beam scanned by the galvanoscanner 220 starts with a conduction delay timeΔt after a stationary state and describes a track inwardly with respect to the virtual curve L2. In this case, the virtual curve L2 swells out of a normal curve L1 which forms a letter or the like set on a console 110, and further the data of coordinates of the correction points P12, P22, etc., are formed on the basis of the conduction delay timeΔt of the galvanoscanner 220, thus the track described inwardly with respect to the virtual curve L2 becomes exactly the normal curve L1 which forms a letter or the like set on the console 110 and the marking is engraved on a work W.</p> |
