PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding in-mold laminating decorative sheet and to eliminate the lowering of adhesion or the generation of a crack easily brought about heretofore when a metal gloss feeling is imparted in an injection molding in-mold decorating method using the decorative sheet. SOLUTION: The injection molding in-mold laminating decorative sheet is constituted by successively laminating a first metal gloss ink layer 2A consisting of a metal foil powder pigment and a thermoplastic resin binder, a transparent resin layer 3 comprising a thermoplastic resin containing no metal foil powder pigment and a second metal gloss ink layer 2B consisting of the metal foil powder pigment and the thermoplastic resin binder on the rear surface of a transparent base material sheet 1 comprising a thermoplastic resin. An adhesive layer comprising a thermoplastic resin may be laminated on the rear surface of the base material sheet 1.
