PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patron information administering device and a vehicle guiding device by which the energy saving for a fuel feeding system is possible. SOLUTION: When a car number which is recognized by a car number recognizing device 2 is stored in a patron information storage section 3, a guiding section 6, which is provided for a fuel feeding machine 9 of a fuel kind corresponding with the recognized car number, is opened, and the vehicle is guided. When the car number is not stored, patron information wherein the car number, the fuel kind, initial and previous fuel feeding dates are corresponded with each other is prepared by a patron information preparing section 4, and stored in the patron information storage section 3. Also, the guiding of the vehicle is announced to a worker from an alarming section 7. When the period of time from the previous fuel feeding date to this fuel feeding date exceeds a specified period of time which is determined in advance, the patron information is deleted as the patron is an unfamiliar patron. The ON-OFF of the power source of the control section 8 of an outdoor POS device 12 corresponding with the fuel feeding machine 9 is controlled in response to the guiding state of the vehicle to the fuel feeding machine 9 by the guiding section 6.
