PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic housing container capable of sucking liquid contents to the last drop by maintaining the lower end of a liquid suction core at the center of a bottom wall, and to provide an aroma diffusing device in which an aroma volatilizing plate is made movable vertically and aroma diffusing pores are arranged not only at the top wall of the aroma diffusing device but also at the lower part of the peripheral wall thereof, and volatilized aroma can be diffused to the atmosphere also from the underside of the aroma volatilizing plate. SOLUTION: The aromatic housing container having an inner stopper holding a liquid suction core at a mouth part is in a structure wherein a bottom wall at the container bottom is formed almost horizontal with a plurality of protuberances having sloped surfaces at the inner side thereof arranged so as to surrounded the center of the bottom wall, and narrow liquid passages are formed between each of the adjoining protuberances, and the lower end of the liquid suction core is maintained at the center of the bottom wall with random movements thereof being prevented by the protruberances.
