PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a silicone elastomer with high oil resistance. SOLUTION: This poly(siloxane-acrylate) elastomer bearing oxycabonylethyleneimino-contg. organic group and having low-weep tendency is obtained by the following process: (A) a mixture of (a) a polydiorganosiloxane, (b) an aminofunctional silane hydrolyzate, (c) an alkenylorganosiloxane and (d) a basically equilibrating catalyst is reacted to form an aminofunctional alkenyl-contg. siloxane, (B) the aminofunctional alkenyl-contg. siloxane is reacted with an acrylate to form a curable alkenyl-contg. poly(siloxane-acrylate) having oxycarbonylethyleneimino-contg. organic group, (C) the above alkenyl-contg. poly(siloxane-acrylate) is then cured.
