PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating mechanism, with which development of trouble and wear is small and force for changing over the transmission and stoppage of oscillation becomes enough to be small as compared with the quicker wear of the oscillating mechanism of the form roller in the conventional sheet-feed press due to the line contact in the portion for transmitting the oscillating force of the changing-over mechanism between the transmission and stoppage of oscillation and the necessity of the employment of the changing-over actuator with a larger capacity for a large necessary changing-over force. SOLUTION: Both the oscillating driving receiving parts of oscillating levers, which are formed on both sides pinching a fulcrum therebetween are oscillated by being brought into contact with a first and a second energizing members, which energize the pressing force from a reciprocatingly driving means and, at the same time an oscillating driving is brought to an stop through the separation of the contact between the first energizing member and the oscillating driving receiving part. As a result, an areal contact is realized between the first and the second energizing members and both the oscillating driving receiving part. At the same time, since the difference between the distance from a pivoting center to a resistance portion and that from the pivoting center to the point of a changing-over action can be made larger, an actuator with a smaller capacity becomes enough for management. |
