PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid medicine for oral administration prepared by formulating one or more of citric acid and its salt with royal jelly, having much more excellent physical fatigue recovery effect and fatigue preventive effect than a case of use of citric acid alone or royal jelly alone by formulating a certain amount of citric acid with royal jelly since a long-term administration is required until a person feels a fatigue recovery effect even if a liquid medicine formulated with citric acid or a liquid medicine formulated with royal jelly is administered alone, respectively. SOLUTION: This liquid medicine for oral administration is obtained by formulating 1-5 w/v% of citric acid or its salt with royal jelly and is effectively used in physical fatigue and for fatigue prevention.
