DEVICE AND METHOD FOR AUTO CALL DISTRIBUTION SERVICE OF SWITCH BOARD

PURPOSE: A device and method for ACD(Auto Call Distribution) service of switch board is provided to serve the ACD service with respect to all the called telephone numbers and route the ACD, by offering the ACD service in according to each the called telephone number. CONSTITUTION: An ACD(Auto Call Distribution) routing module(110) performs a routing to a relevant ACD group in according to a called telephone number and offers an ACD service. An ACD/CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) connection module(120) interfaces data transmitted between a switch board(100) and a CTI server, and the data transmitted between a switch board(100) and an information desk. The switch board(100) is connected with the ACD/CTI connection module(120) via a CTI link. A CTI server(200) analyzes the called information and provides information to a switch board(100).
