PURPOSE: A brake pedal of a brake is provided to conveniently brake by simply returning a ratch pedal while strongly stepping in the traveling brake pedal. CONSTITUTION: A brake pedal in a brake comprises a travelling brake pedal(1) stepped in by a driver; a ratch pedal(2) operated for braking a vehicle; a first pedal(4) mounted on a side portion of the ratch pedal; a hinge unit(5) formed on the ratch pedal; a locking groove(6) locked or unlocked with a locking member(3); and a second pedal(7) mounted on the ratch pedal. The locking member is locked in the locking groove of the ratch pedal. The locking member is unlocked by stepping in the first pedal mounted on an end portion of the ratch pedal. The second pedal is stepped in to rotate the ratch pedal. Thereby, the brake pedal in the brake conveniently brakes by simply returning the ratch pedal while strongly stepping in the traveling brake pedal.
