The invention relates to a connecting organ for pivotingly connecting a shoe and a sports element, such as a skate blade or a roller skate, ski, or the like, equipped with at least one hinge which, when in use, is active during the process of straightening an ankle, the shoe being mountable on a support element, a first end liftably resting on the sports element and a second end, which is some distance removed from the first end, is connected via the hinge with a connecting organ that is mounted on the sports element. The hinge comprises a hinge pin disposed at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the sports element in an imaginary plane which is oriented substantially perpendicularly to the sports element, intersecting the sports element in that plane at an angle other than a right angle. |
