A device for stringing and unstringing archery bows comprises a post with an anchor means attached near one end of the post and extending upwardly therefrom for attachment to the lower limb of an archery bow, and a socket near the other end of the post for receiving the middle portion of the bow. The device is shown in the diagram. The upper end of the anchor string 5 has a loop 7 for fitting over the recurve end 8 of the lower limb 9 of the bow 10. The middle portion of the bow 11, fits into the upwardly facing socket 22. The upper limb of the bow 21 may thus be bent down in order that the bow string may be looped over the ends. |
