PURPOSE: An electrode for eliminating an insect is provided to prevent spreading of a cockroach by installing the electrode in a box, because the cockroach can come into the packed box. It doesn't cause the environmental problem, because the cockroach is eliminated without the chemical materials. CONSTITUTION: The electrode for eliminating the insect includes electrodes(A, B), the resistance(C) and voltage terminals(D, E). A is the general electrode. B is the electrode, to which the opposite voltage of A is permitted. C is the insulating resistance and is stuck to each electrode. Even if a part of the electrode is shorted, the remaining electrode can be operated normally. The value of the resistance(C) is 500 k Ohms. D and E are voltage terminals and the alternating current or the direct current is permitted to D and E. F is the width of the electrode and is decided by the length of the largest one of insects to be eliminated.
