PROCESS FOR SYNTHESIS OF ANHYDROECGONINE DERIVATIVE

PURPOSE: To provide a method for the synthesis of an anhydroecgonine derivative without using cocaine as a starting material and a method for the synthesis of a phenyltropane by using the anhydroecgonine derivative as a synthetic intermediate. CONSTITUTION: The present invention discloses a method for the synthesis of an anhydroecgonine derivative by reacting a cycloheptanetriene derivative of formula (1) ((n) is 0 or 1; and R1 is cyano when n=0 and an alkyl or an aralkyi when n=1) with a primary amine, its salt or ammonia in the presence of a base and a method for the synthesis of a phenyltropane derivative by using the anhydroecgonine derivative.
