PURPOSE: A sealing device for packing sleeve in the direction of width of the conveying direction is provided to achieve packing capacity of high volume by making the structure simple. CONSTITUTION: A sealing device for a packing sleeve(33) can revolve on an axis(12) and includes the first cylindrical surface(28) having a shorter radius of curvature than the maximum length in the generatrix(30) paralleling with the first axis at the maximum length and the length of circumference direction. The second cylindrical surface(31) revolves on the second axis(17) arranged parallel to the first axis. The first and second cylindrical surface form a contact line with packing sleeve between the first and second surface. The first and second cylindrical surface revolve at the same time to affect sealing of packing sleeve in case of moving of packing sleeve to conveying direction. The device displace the first axis to the second axis in the direction of length in conveying direction of packing sleeve to affect displacement of the contact line to the conveying direction.
