PURPOSE: Provided is an antiviral and anticancer agent having unsaturated fatty acid of sesame and alkaline synthetic extract of Crotalaria sessiliflora L. as an effective ingredient. The agent inhibits not only the replication and the infection of retrovirus but also malignant tumor. CONSTITUTION: An antiviral and anticancer agent is prepared by the following steps of: (a) washing sesames, drying water of 15% therefrom and compressing them without heating them; (b) washing Crotalaria sessiliflora L. and drying it; and (c) extracting Crotalaria sessiliflora L. with warm water and filtering it, to obtain unsaturated fatty acid extract such as protein, amino acid, methionine, substrate and calcium, and alkaline synthetic extract of Crotalaria sessiliflora L. such as monocrotaline, phenol compounds, amino acids and the like.
