PURPOSE: Provided is fermented extracts of grapefruit dregs which is effective on the sedation of pimples and removes impurity from the face. And its preparation method is also provided. CONSTITUTION: A fermented extract of grapefruit dregs are prepared by the following steps of: (a) pretreatment step for heating grapefruit dregs upto 40-60deg.C; (b) the first fermentation step for fermenting the resultant grapefruit dregs in an aerobic fermenter at humidity of 57-84 % and temperature of 40-60 deg.C for 2-3 weeks; (c) the second fermentation step for fermenting the resultant grapefruit dregs by Humus bacteria under same condition as that of the first fermentation step, with adding a constant quantity of oxygen; (d) filtration step for filtrating the resultant grapefruit dregs with a sieve and making them fine; and (e) separation step for separating sugar content and alcohol content therefrom and then heating them at temperature of 50-60 deg.C for 30-40 hours.
