AUTO-WRITING APPARATUS FOR SEGMENT WRITING ELEMENT WITH CAP

PURPOSE: Provided is an auto-writing apparatus for segment writing element with a cap having a withdrawable pen tip in order to prevent a pencil from breaking off and/or paper not to tear. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises multiple writing elements(6) with caps(14), each having a tip portion(12) and a hole(16) near the portion to accept the element tip portion and arranged along an axis; an external tube(2) having a pen tip exit to accept a first element inside and capable of holding the first element and a second element inside; and an internal tube(4) for accepting the remaining elements and having an end opening with a fixed radius to drive the second element toward the pen tip exit in order to replace the first element. The end opening of the internal tube is engaged with the element cap of the second element in order to make a third element to be introduced from the internal tube into the external tube.
