<p>PURPOSE:To make the phase among plural data signals to be outputted to coincide in the data rate converter converting a frequency of a digital signal. CONSTITUTION:Phases of frame pulses outputted from POH multiplexers 14, 15 of VC framers 2, 3 and a frame pulse outputted from a POH multiplexer 13 of a VC framer 1 are compared with phase comparators 8, 9. When any phase shift is detected, the write/read of buffer memories 5, 6 is operated through controllers 11, 12, the phase of data read from the buffer memories 5, 6 is adjusted and the phase of the data outputted from the VC framers 2, 3 is made coincident with the phase of the data of the VC framer 1.</p> |
