PURPOSE: An earphone combined with an antenna is provided to handle a distance between a transmitter and a receiver by inserting or drawing an earphone line and an antenna line to an inside or an outside of a case. CONSTITUTION: An inlet and outlet portion A(11) and an inlet and outlet portion B(12) are formed at both sides of a case(1). A radio wave reception plate(14) is at an outer side of the case(1). A wiring reel(2) is formed around a fixing axis(13) of the case(1). A coil spring(3) is connected between the wiring reel(2) and the fixing axis(13). A folding portion(40) is fixed to an outer circumference of the wiring reel(2). The first wire(4) passes through the inlet and outlet portions A and B(11,12). A receiver(51) is formed at one side end of the first wire(4). A transceiver plug(52) is formed at the other side end of the first wire(4). A transmitter(61) is formed at the first wire(4) between the receiver(51) and the case(1). An antenna portion(7) is connected with the third wire(71). An antenna plug(72) is formed at one side of the antenna portion(7). A wire distribution portion(8) distributes the first, the second, and the third wires(4,62,71) to the transceiver plug(52) and the antenna plug(72).
