PURPOSE: An automatic cleaning public toilet room and a system thereof are provided to maximize the coefficient of utilization by always providing a clean toilet room. CONSTITUTION: An automatic cleaning public toilet room includes a separation wall(10) isolating a toilet part(1) and a machine room part(2), a rotary wall(11) installed at the lower part of the separation wall, and a pair of toilet bowls(7,7') symmetrically mounted at both sides of the rotary wall, wherein the rotary wall automatically is rotated at 180degrees by a sensor if the toilet bowl is used, so that the toilet bowl is cleaned at a cleaning room prepared at the opposite part of the rotary wall by using a cleaner(8) and a hot wind drier(9).
