PURPOSE: A system for managing an audio and video mail of a visitor using an Internet network is provided to confirm audio or video information transmitted from a system when confirming the mail using the Internet network by storing audio or video information of the visitor in a server or personal mail server using an Internet card and a system management program. CONSTITUTION: A button unit(1) provides signals for obtaining a video or an audio from buttons used for the operation of a video phone and a home automation. Various camera and microphone devices(2) obtain an external video and audio. A video and audio capture device(3) obtains information inputted from the camera and microphone devices(2). An interface card(4) connects the camera and microphone devices(2) with an Internet network. A processing software(5) synthetically operates the button unit(1), the camera and microphone devices(2), the video and audio capture device(3), and the interface card(4).
