PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a PVC pulverizing cutter is provided to obtain an excellent durability and long life by using special steel and structural steel. CONSTITUTION: A PVC pulverizing cutter manufacturing method comprises the steps of: producing a cutter body(10) by using structural steel(SS41) as a base metal; cutting a part for combination of a blade part from the cutter body; adhering a blade part(20) made of special steel(SKS3) to a blade combining face after sprinkling iron powder to the blade combining face; heating the cutter body and the blade part in an electric furnace at 1100deg.C of temperature; combining the cutter body with the blade part by repeatedly hammering; milling the cutter body and the blade part to sharpen the blade end; thermally processing a milled PVC pulverizing cutter; and processing a hole. Therefore, a PVC pulverizing cutter having excellent wear resistance is obtained. Moreover, the blade is not easily separated from the cutter body.
