PURPOSE: Provided is a vibration absorbing buffer device using magnetic power which absorbs vibration as an air bag by the compressible space between two magnets whose same poles facing each other and pulling away from each other. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a plastic or rubber compressible case, with two combining metal covers, in which two magnets are located, their same poles facing each other so that they pull away from each other; several holes at the side of the above case which is connected with the compressible space so that the air of the compressible space escape through these holes; a separating layer between the magnets to avoid the collision between two magnets; and two mats situated at the bottom of the shoes which have the above tow magnets at the corresponding places, a convex groove at the above bottom mat, absorbing the vibration and the shocks.
