PURPOSE: Provided is an extract of mushroom chosen among Coriolus versicolor, Pisolithus tinctorius and Tricholomopsis decora, which can be used for thrombolytic agent and health auxiliary food and developed to orally administered medicine. CONSTITUTION: The extract is obtained by extracting at least one or more mushroom chosen among Coriolus versicolor, Pisolithus tinctorius and Tricholomopsis decora with methanol or a mixed solvent of methanol and water. Thrombolytic enzyme protein separated from the mushroom extract and having molecular weight of 54kDa, 61kDa or 84kDa can be contained in health auxiliary food as an active principle.
