PURPOSE: A method for constructing a web site for a free gift is provided to reduce a cost and time for collecting members by requesting a free gift event member. CONSTITUTION: An event company connection unit(26) receives a free gift event member collection request of event companies(100¯100-n) and prize winning or not and transmits them. A central processing device(20) transmits information received from the event company connection unit(26) to a display unit(24), a member managing unit(22), and a prize winning guiding unit(28). The display unit(24) displays the received information. The member managing unit(22) transmits the information through an E-mail. An automatic application unit(30) applies to a free gift event based on the E-mail. A prize winning guiding unit(28) transmits the prize winning result received from the central processing device(20) to a member. A free gift providing unit(32) transmits a free gift to a prize winner.
