PURPOSE: A drill for forming an air hole on a plaster cast is provided to fix a portion of a human body and make the portion well ventilated by forming a hole on a completely plaster cast. CONSTITUTION: A drill(6) forms a hole on a plaster cast by using a motor. Fragments are made while the hole is formed. The fragments are remained on an inside of the drill(6). The fragments are discharged by being pushed through a groove formed on a residue discharging hole by using a pincette or a pin. Air generated by a motor fan or an air conditioner can pass though the ventilation hole, so that various adverse effects on skin can be reduced even when a user wears the pincette. The user can scratch his/her skin without using a long bar. As a result, skin abrasion or deep wound which may arise because of the long bar can be minimized. The user can prevent his/her pincette from being worn again to take out the long bar in the dressing.
