PURPOSE: An indicator for golf swing exercise is provided to prevent the phenomenon of head-up, to help a golfer to master a good swing pose, and to maintain golfer's accurate and stable swing action. CONSTITUTION: The indicator consists of a cap member(100) to be put on the head of a user, a luminous device(200), and a fastening member(400) for coupling the cap member with the luminous device. The luminous device defines a light indication point by focusing the light of a lamp at the front side of a ball disposed in a hitting place. The light indication point serves to help a golfer to exercise an accurate and stable swing action. By using the light indication point, the golfer is easily able to determine a gaze fixing point, and the golfer is also capable of performing a back swing, a down swing, an impact, and a follow through along a desired swing track.
