A male genital sheath made substantially of an elastomeric material including a closed tip semen receptacle 12 an open end 13 and an elongated main body 11 wherein the body is provided with at least one collar member 14 which has a greater thickness than the main body and in use lies near the middle of the erect penis. The sheath may also include an additional movement limiting ring or collar (50) which holds the main body tightly against the shaft. The additional ring may be provided with tongues to increase stimulation. The sheath may be used in combination with a conventional condom. |
