The present invention is a method and apparatus for providing guaranteed handicapping information to a user through an interactive communication system. The present invention allows a user (12) to communicate with the server (20) and obtain handicapping information for specific facilities (22, 25) and for specific events at that facility. The handicapping information provided to the user may be forwarded to the user by various means (17). The user provides payment information upon selection of the handicapping information, but the user may not be charged for the information unless the handicapping selection proves to be accurate. The method and apparatus of the present invention has applications on the internet as well as other conventional communication systems and networks. |
