摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation of antibacterial glass ceramics(1-4Ag2O·1-4Li2O· 30-40CaO·15-25TiO2·25-30P2O5) with high porosity and specific surface area. The resultant glass ceramics are applied to ceramic ware(plates, sanitaries, etc.) and synthetic resin fields(humidifier, food-conserving bowls, etc.). CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: mixing LiCO3, CaCO3, TiO2(anatase) and H3PO4 with water in a ratio of 1:1, resulting in a slurry of 1-4Ag2O·1-4Li2O·30-40CaO·15-25TiO2·25-30P2O5, in a molar ratio; drying and grinding to at least 300mesh in particle size; holding 700-900deg.C for 1hr. to remove CO2; melting at 1250-1350deg.C; quenching on a graphite plate for glass preform; heating at 600-620deg.C for 5-20hrs. for forming a seed; crystallizing at 720-740deg.C for 10-20hrs.; immersing in an acidic solution(1N HCl), resulting three crystal phases, LiTi2(PO4)3, AgTi2(PO4)3 for forming a structure and Ca3(PO4)2 for forming a pore due to its elution.
