The invention relates to a mobile information device for a mobile communications environment. The inventive device comprises an input means (1) for inputting a position and information, a position detection means (10) for detecting the local position of the mobile device, a data base (11) containing information on locations, a processing means (4, 5) which links the current or inputted position of the mobile device to information on locations with regard to the position, whereby said information is stored in a data base (11). The inventive device further comprises an output means (2) for outputting the linked information. |
