CALIBRATION SYSTEM, TARGET APPARATUS AND CALIBRATION METHOD

PURPOSE: A calibration system, a target apparatus and a calibration method is provided to simply execute calibration for a camera mounted on a mobile body. CONSTITUTION: Simple calibration of a camera mounted on a mobile object is implemented. With a joint means(107a,107b), a target apparatus(30) for calibration is physically fixed to the mobile object(10) having a camera(101) mounted thereon. The positional relation between the vehicle and the target apparatus is finely adjusted while visually confirming a target point(106) on the vehicle through a scope means(105).
