PURPOSE: Provided is a natural antibacterial composition, which improves gastroenteric diseases caused by Helicobacter pylori and has long-term storability. Therefore, it is used for healthy foods or medicinal preparations to treat gastroenteric diseases. CONSTITUTION: A natural antibacterial composition for treating gastroenteric diseases caused by Helicobacter pylori contains 0.01-10.0 wt.% of culture broth of a strain producing bacteriocin or 0.1-300ppm of bacteriocin produced by the strain. Wherein, the bacteriocin producing strain is preferably Lactococcus lactis susspysis lactis A 164 (KFCC 11047).
