PURPOSE: A device for inserting and ejecting a wire is provided to smoothly eject by minimizing a movement of a case and a shaft inside an inner spring. CONSTITUTION: A wire inserting/ejecting device comprises a case(1) formed inlets(11,12) and a fixing shaft(13); a take-up reel(2) rotated around the fixing shaft(13) inside the case(1); a spring(3) fixed in the fixing shaft(13) and the take-up reel(2); and a wire(4) located outside the case(1) through the inlets(11,12) by fixing a folded portion(41) in the take-up reel(2). Thereby, a movement of a shaft in the spring is minimized. Moreover, the device is interlocked with an outer device without an additional rotation/connection terminal.
