PURPOSE: A device and method for outputting a position information guiding paper having additional information is provided for a user to confirm a dweller of a building by proving an advertising box capable of arraying additional information and advertising contents for explaining a position information guiding paper on a predetermined area of the position information guiding paper. CONSTITUTION: A memory(110) has image data of an area photographed by a camera. A data inputting unit(120) outputs a key signal and data for controlling the total system in accordance with a user's operating. A display unit(130) displays advertising contents being inputted from a control unit(150) or a position information guiding screen including additional information on a screen for watching by a user. An output unit(140) records the advertising contents and the position information guiding screen in a recording medium and outputs the contents and the information by responding to an output signal being inputted from the control unit(150). The control unit(150) reads the image data and extracts building data, creates a position information guiding box by arraying the building data, attaches a signboard on the building in the position information guiding box, dividing the outer area of the position information guiding box into a plurality of advertising boxes, inserts additional information and advertising contents in an advertising box, and outputs the position information guiding screen through the output unit(140). A system memory(160) stores a program capable of manufacturing at least one position guiding paper based on a predetermined position by the control unit(150).
