PURPOSE: A communication controller is provided to be capable of improving the operability and shortening the processing time required for data communication and a computer-readable recording medium storing a communication control program. CONSTITUTION: Several connecting devices connectable to a radio channel comprised of several radio channels are provided, a connecting device corresponding to radio wave strength being equal to or more than a fixed value among several wave strength is selected, and the data communication is performed by utilizing the connecting device and the radio channel.
