PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical underground continuous wall. SOLUTION: The underground continuous wall 10 has a reinforced concrete wall 12 and upper and lower high-strength fluidized soil walls 14 and 16. The concrete wall 12 is provided to correspond to the part of the underground continuous wall 10 using a body. The high-strength fluidized soil walls 14 and 16 are formed to be connected to the reinforced concrete wall 12 in the vertical direction of the reinforced concrete wall 12; water (or excavation stabilizing liquid) and a cement type handener are added to excavated surplus soil produced as the result of ground excavation work for construction of the composite underground continuous wall 10, and high-strength fluidized soil obtained by kneading them together in a special plant is placed and solidified to form the high-strength fluidized soil walls. The lower high-strength fluidized soil wall 16 corresponds to a water barrier portion located below the underground continuous wall 10 and serves as a portion for temporary use. The upper high-strength fluidized soil wall 14 corresponds to a low-stress portion located in the upper portion of the underground continuous wall 10 and serves as another portion for temporary use.
