PURPOSE: Provided is a combinational sports equipment and chair which uses a chair to take arm or leg exercise freely so that it helps users to correct seating position with improving health. CONSTITUTION: The combinational sports equipment and chair comprises the parts of: an armrest(4) which includes an upper plate placed in the upper part of a cushion(21), a lower plate to support the upper plate and an elastic tool to contain an external tub with including a coil spring between the upper plate and the lower plate and a load to compress the coil spring; a height adjuster(7) in which a pipe is connected to the lower plate to adjust the height of the armrest as the position of the pipe; and a leg exercise equipment(17) which includes a stool(11) to be fold by a link(10), a support bar to be moved together with the stool, a spring to give elasticity to the stool and a guard rail to support the spring to be moved in a slide style.
