<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new medical institution reservation system which enables a patient at home to easily retrieve medical institutions matching the condition of a disease, reserve a clinical consultation while gathering information on the medical institution, and further receive various relational services such as a picking service corresponding to the reservation time. SOLUTION: This medical institution reservation system is equipped with plural medical-institution side devices and a service-provider side device and a patient is able make a reservation request for medical institution through a home-side device installed at home; and the medical institution can obtain reservation information through the medical-institution side devices and a medical institution reservation service provider can manage and process electric communication information from the respective home-side devices and medicalinstitution side devices through the service-provider side device.</p> |
