<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared gas analyzer having little noise, a small size, and secured measurement precision by securing a necessary optical path length. SOLUTION: This infrared gas analyzer is equipped with a light source for irradiating an infrared ray to gas to be measured, an infrared detector arranged on the same plane as the light source, for detecting the infrared ray, a converging projection means arranged oppositely to the light source and the infrared detector, for converging the infrared ray from the light source and for projecting the ray to the infrared detector, and a wavelength selection filter installed between the light source and the converging projection means, for transmitting the infrared ray from the light source selectively on the wavelength and for guiding the ray into the converging projection means. The analyzer is characterized by measuring the concentration of the gas to be measured based on the output of the infrared detector.</p> |
