PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop data from spreading when a plurality of communication devices communicate the data with each other. SOLUTION: This data communication device communicates data to other devices and includes a reception part 404 which receives the data, a main storage part 405 which is connected to the reception part 404 through a control part and stores the received data, a transmission part 403 which is connected to the main storage 405 through the control part and searches for one data communication device capable of communication with itself and sends the data stored in the main storage part 405 to the searched data communication device, and a control part 402 which is connected to the transmission part 403, reception part 404 and main storage part 405 and controls the main storage part 405 to delete the data sent to the searched data communication device in response to the reception of reception completion data representing the reception of the data from the searched data communication device.
