PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial valve suitable for cutting off flow of liquid or gas. SOLUTION: This actuator mechanism having a cylindrical valve element 12 arranged inside a valve body 11 having an inflow port E and an outflow port A so as to be movable in the axial direction between valve opening and closing positions, movably supported in the lengthwise direction so that a space with the valve body becomes a sealing state and enabling fluid trying to cut off the flow to flow in the lengthwise direction through the inside in a valve opening state and a blocking-up plug member 13 for opening a valve opening time passage V by allowing the cylindrical valve element to closely abut on the blocking-up plug member 13 in a valve closing state and separating from the blocking-up plug member in a valve opening state and opening and closing a valve, is composed of an electric motor 21 having a control driving member 22 for making linear movement and a motion transmitting mechanism 30 connected between the mechanism and the cylindrical valve element 12 and transmitting the linear movement of the control driving member 22 to the cylindrical valve element.
