PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of correctly reproducing the color of an image recorded on a color photograph film developed in black and white. SOLUTION: The image processing system 10 is constructed by including a reference exposure part 14, a monochrome development part 16, a film scanner 20, and an image processor 22. The reference exposure part 14 performs a reference exposure with R light, G light, B light and gray light by using a non-exposed portion of a photographic film 28 as a reference exposure area, in order to form image information used when determining image processing conditions. The film scanner 20 reads the reference exposure area developed in black and white by the monochrome development part 16. The control part 140 of the image processor 22 calculates image processing conditions, such as color correction conditions, from read data of the reference exposure area. An image processing part 138 performs a image processing of a frame image recorded on a photographic film 28 according to the calculated image processing conditions.
