PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance-adjusting circuit, which is small and which can prevent a secondary battery from being over discharged. SOLUTION: The capacitance-adjusting circuit 31 is constituted, in such a way that a resistance R and switching FETs Q1, Q2 are connected in series. When the switching FET Q1 is turned on by a binary high-level signal from a microcomputer 1, the switching FET Q2 is turned on by a binary low-level signal from the microcomputer 1. Since two of the switching FETs Q1, Q2 which are turned on at different logics are connected in series, the adjusting circuit 31 will not cause malfunctions, even when the microcomputer 1 runs away, and a separate over discharge protective circuit is not required. |
