PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To see in real time the images of a remote destination or passing spots on the screen of a car navigation device. SOLUTION: A camera having a transceiver function is placed at each optional spot to obtain the video information on the traffic condition, road surface condition, scenery, weather, etc., and to transmit these information to a relay station. When a vehicle driver wants to know the scenery, etc., of his/her destination, for example, the driver pushes the video button of a car navigation device to obtain the video information on a designate spot. |
