摘要 PURPOSE: A measuring device for a displacement is provided to improve sensitivity by using a guide instrument of amplifying an input displacement. CONSTITUTION: A displacement measuring device is formed by an electromagnetic system(10) for generating flux, a support instrument(30) supporting a contact probe(39), and leaf springs(20) fixed at the support instrument for varying magnetic body cores by an amplified output displacement. Herein, the leaf springs are attached on the electromagnetic system. Thus, the magnetic body cores maintain a gap between each other while maintaining an air gap from a protrusion unit of a closed loop magnetic body. The support instrument includes a fixed block at a lower surface of the closed loop magnetic body, a moving block located at a lower surface of a beam magnetic body, and four supporters connecting the blocks. Moreover, a rod is fixed at the moving block for installing the contacting probe.
