PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk having less errors and excellent reliability, which is formed by sticking two sheets of optical disk substrates each having a recording surface capable of recording and reproducing or a reflection film surface capable of exclusively reproducing on its surface through an adhesive.
